Please follow the instructions below to install a new printer or if you have any kind of problems with the printer.
Background information: Even if you already have the right driver installed, we recommend to re-install the driver in case of problems in order to use the latest version.
A) Click on "System Preferences ..." under the Apple menu
B) Click on "Printers and Scanners"
C) Delete any printer name you don't need or you don't know, including the old version of the printer you want to set-up, if available. That is very important in order to avoid any conflicts between old and new printer drivers for the same printer.
D) Close this window (Printers and Scanners).
E) Open the app "Self Service" (Symbol is similar to a star). There are 3 possibilities to find and start this application (if available):
1. Open the dock and click on Self Service
2. Click on the little black star on the menu bar and click on Self Service
3. Open the "Application folder", search for "Self Service" and open it.
D) Click on "Browse" and search for the printer you need (see example "Zur SF111Rec Kyocera A3color")
E) Click on Install and wait until installation is finished.
A) Open the WEB SITE "https://www.kyoceradocumentsolutions.com/download"
B) Select the country "Switzerland"
C) Click on the printer name " TASKalfa 2554ci"
D) A new window will open. Make sure that the "Select the Operating System" is "Mac OS X"
E) Select your prefered language
F) Klick on the "download-arrow" on the bottom of the page to download the driver (actual version is Ver5.3.1006)
G) Start the installer and install the driver (just follow the standard installation process)
