Biometric Access System

Tandem IMS has the responsibility for a high number of children. Therefore, several security-rules are set in place. One of them is to limit school access to authorized persons only. This security rule is implemented by a biometric security system.

Zurich is using a biometric fingerprint system and Küsnacht, Zollikon and Erlenbach a biometric hand vein system to protect main access to the buildings. Users are identified by their unique fingerprint/hand vein characteristics. Admissions are recorded in detail on an audit file and can be retrieved when necessary.

In case of a system failure, please follow this emergency access process.
