The communication system will be activated as soon as the lift detects an error (blocked motor, door or sensor error). Communication can then be initiated by pressing the yellow button. The OTIS call center is available 7 days. 24 hours. Please mention the unit number U 1410 in order identify the lift.
The lift is serviced and checked 4 times a year by a trained service technician.
Travel and work are compensated by our service contract.
Spare parts are charged to Tandem and taken over by the house owner.
