Automatic call routing

Office Number - 043 500 10 30

From Monday to Friday the phone rings as follows:

• 07:30 - 08:29
  After 8 seconds, the following telephones will ring simultaneously:  030, 031, 032, 039
  After 18 seconds total --> answering machine
  --> Technical programming:  8s->130, 10s->131, ->IVR831
  
  

• 08:30 - 16:30
  After 18 seconds --> answering machine
  --> Technical programming:  030, 18s ->TA 030
  
  

• 16:30 - 18:30
  After 8 seconds, the following telephones will ring simultaneously:  030, 031, 032, 039
  After 18 seconds total --> answering machine
  --> Technical programming:  8s->130, 10s->131, ->IVR831
  
  

Outside of the opening hours (Mo-Fr before 07:30 and after 18:30 as well as on weekends), the calls to any of these phones 030, 031, 032, 033, 039 will go to the answering machine after 15 seconds.

Floor Phones (031, 032, 033, 094, 096, 097, 098)

All the floor phones show their individual number when calling out (also for external phone calls to parents). 

If an external person calls the group phones during our opening hours, staff have 15 seconds to pick up, then it is transferred to the school office (030). There it will ring another 15 seconds before going to the answering machine of 030.

If an internal call to a group phone is not picked up within 15 seconds, the call will end automatically.
