Hubspot

HubSpot is used to store:

• External contacts, including paediatricians.

Not stored in HubSpot are:

• Pupils

• Parents

• Staff members

Each contact in HubSpot has a so-called «owner» - a member of our admin team. This «owner» is responsible for keeping the contact data up to date.

How were the «owners» assigned?

In October 2020 the contact data was transferred from the Filemaker database into HubSpot - including the «owners».

Note:

• All «Schulverwaltungen» were assigned to Simone Epstein.

• All contacts previously assigned to Lynn Booth were assigned to Sandra Beha.

• All doctor contacts were assigned to Marketing (Carla Galley).
  The paediatrician contacts that are also in SchoolBase, will be updated in SchoolBase by the Admin Manager (Julija Jordanova).

Owners:

• An «owner» can be assigned to another staff member at any time if necessary.

• All contacts that are created automatically based on a request via the application form are automatically assigned to Admin Manager (Julija Jordanova).

• Unassigned contacts do not have an «owner». These contacts are sporadically looked at by Marketing and assigned to admin staff members if possible.
